PHS Rain Check program

Qualifying Philadelphia residents can sign up to receive a free rain barrel, courtesy of the Philadelphia Water Department. These rain barrels help to collect stormwater before they get combined with sewage and enter our waterways! Other subsidized stormwater management systems offered through the Rain Check program are: planter boxes, de-paving, porous paving, and rain garden planting. Visit the PHS rain check program today here to see what project you may be qualified for.
