Homestead Exemption Program
City of Philadelphia offer this program to all Philadelphia homeowners who own and live in their homes The Homestead Exemption reduces the assessed value of the property by $45,000.00.

Homeownership Programs
Provides up to $500 per household to help first time Philadelphia homebuyers pay for closing costs. Housing counseling required.
