Parents, Children and Community: Come out to meet with the School District of Philadelphia Superintendent

Listening & Learning Session w. School District of Philadelphia Superintendent

Over the course of his first 100 days, School District of Philadelphia Superintendent Dr. Tony Watlington Sr. will host 80 Listening & Learning Sessions wherein he meets students, families, District staff, and community members invested in our student’s achievement. And that means he needs to hear from the community that your organization or neighborhood association serves. Before our children return to school on August 29, Dr. Watlington needs to hear their concerns, their hopes, and their desires for the School District of Philadelphia.

We invite you to host a session for the constituency that your organization or neighborhood association serves.  Dr. Watlington will say a few words; but most importantly, be there to listen and learn. We have a moderator who will ask questions informed by Dr. Watlington’s 100 day plan. If you are interested in hosting this session, please let me know by Monday, June 27 which of the below dates works for you. Please provide a first and a second choice; and if you prefer a virtual or in-person session (unless noted below that virtual is the only option).
